PayrHealth has purchased Supero Healthcare Products in order to expand its existing array of payor relationship management solutions with more broad credentialing services.
According to a news release, PayrHealth can now offer a proven provider enrollment and credentialing solution that has been in operation for more than ten years, replacing the company’s prior more restricted credentialing offerings.
PayrHealth CEO Armando Cardoso stated in the release, “Supero has built exceptional credentialing solutions, benefiting providers across the healthcare continuum and nation.” “The addition of this competent credentialing team enhances our capacity to integrate vital provider data and improve compensation for healthcare providers.”
According to the announcement, these new capabilities complement PayrHealth’s existing comprehensive solutions for managing payor relationships, which include analytics, contracts, reimbursement negotiation, network growth, and revenue cycle management.
“I can’t think of a finer home for our staff and clients during this next stage,” said Supero Founder and CEO Brian Agnew, who will serve in an advising position during the acquisition integration. PayrHealth is developing an industry-first service that will create value.”
Healthcare, insurance, and financial services – three of the largest verticals in the United States, with billions of dollars in transaction flows — have friction around payments and communication between providers, corporations, and end users, according to Corcentric CEO Matt Clark.
Moving traditional sectors into the digital era involves a combination of technology, automation of manual procedures, and an examination of back-office services, according to Clark.
Clark stated that openness may help to fix bottlenecks before they become severe problems, and that clarity and transparency can increase if some of the most essential back-office activities are modernized as well.
