“Connected Wellness: Tracking the Rise of Health-Tracking Technology” investigates who uses health trackers and how frequently they do so. We questioned 2,668 U.S. consumers in a census-balanced sample to find out which health-tracking devices and applications have won their hearts.
Because of health-monitoring technologies, consumers may essentially take their health into their own hands. In October 2022, 97 million US consumers used some type of health monitoring gadget, but 37 million used these technologies every day.

Even among early adopters, few people use health-related products on a daily basis. Only 18% of all consumers regularly use wearable technology, and only 14% utilize health-tracking apps and websites on a daily basis.
